Mayo's was called in to discuss a project with a couple who had three young children and needed more space and amenities for visitors. Given that their parents and grandparents were also local, they needed the additional room to facilitate overnight guests. We proposed a plan that would utilise their existing space without compromising other parts of the building, but also fit in seamlessly with the designs of the rest of the house.
Mayo’s installed an additional bathroom, a new kitchenette, laundry and three additional bedrooms all downstairs without impacting the existing features and layout. We were able to do this with our own internal employees which kept the costs down for the client but also ensures that the project ran smoothly and on time.
The family was so pleased with the outcome we have now been engaged to renovate and expand the back deck which is expected to be completed by the end of May.
