Building or renovating a home is a major investment, and our job is to make the journey smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. We follow a clear, structured process so you always know exactly what’s happening and what comes next.

1. The Preliminary Stage

Every great project starts with solid planning.
During this stage, we take care of all the essential groundwork — from design and engineering to approvals and material selections. This ensures your project is fully prepared, compliant, and ready to begin without delays.
It’s all about setting your renovation or build up for success.
Common terms used at this stage are designer, architect, surveryors, soil tester, engineer, certifier and town planner.

2. Base Stage

This is where construction officially begins.
We prepare the site and complete the foundation or subfloor works that support the entire structure. Whether it’s demolition works, a new slab, footings, or subfloor repairs in a renovation, this stage creates a strong, stable base for the rest of your home.
Common terms used at this stage are demolition, excavation, asbestos removal, concreting, and underground services.

3. Frame Stage

Your project starts to take shape.
We construct the structural framework — walls, roof structure, beams, and openings. This is the skeleton of your home, built to engineering specifications and inspected for compliance.
It’s the moment you can finally see the layout come to life.
Common terms used at this stage are carpenter, frame inspection, lintels, joist, bearers, trusses and engineer inspections.

4. Enclosed / Lockup Stage

Your home becomes weather‑tight and secure.
We install the roof, external cladding, windows, and external doors, protecting the interior from the elements. Once the building is locked up, we can safely begin the detailed internal work.
Common terms used at this stage cladding, bricks, roof, gutters and fascia.

5. Fit‑Off & Fixing Stage

This is where the magic happens.
Internal linings, plastering, cabinetry, tiling, painting, electrical and plumbing fit‑off — all the features you see and use every day are installed during this stage.
Your home transforms from a shell into a finished, functional space.
Common terms used at this stage are plastering, electricians, plumbers, tilers, fixtures, cabinetry and timber trims.

6. Practical Completion

We’re almost there.
All major works are complete, and we carry out a thorough quality check across every trade. Any minor touch‑ups are handled, and the home is prepared for your final inspection.
This stage ensures everything meets our standards — and yours.

7. Handover

The moment you’ve been waiting for.
We present your completed home or renovation, walk you through the finished result, and provide keys, warranties, certificates, and maintenance information.
Your project is officially complete, and you can enjoy your new space with confidence.
